Personal Training is an excellent way to get a kick-start to your activity regimen, reach a specific goal, or build confidence in your abilities!

There are many different options with our training programs - from beginner exercise at any age, to youth athlete training, to general strength and endurance - Emily brings a lot of different experiences and education to the gym floor. The key fob access to the gym allows you to have a personalized training plan to execute on your own schedule, as well as time one-on-one with your trainer as needed.

Emily is a cross country and track coach as well as an avid runner who can help you run your first or your fastest race!

There is an opportunity, after your first coaching session, to have unlimited key fob access to the gym! This can be renewed on a monthly basis - and you can check-in with a trainer for new workouts, and progress tracking.
