Youth Athletic Training
This Youth Athletic Training program is designed with endurance/running sports in mind (i.e. cross country, track, soccer, lacrosse, etc.) to promote strength and conditioning in young athletes safely and effectively. Primarily body-weight and light weights or functional fitness equipment will be used.
There will be no Olympic or extremely heavy lifting.
The goal is to encourage speed, agility, flexibility and strength and promote a love for exercise at a young age.
Geared toward 7th through 10th grade.
NOVEMBER 2019 GROUP CLASS (Nov. 5, 7, 12, 14, 19, 21, 26)
$145 per athlete includes:
(7) 60-minute group training sessions
Pre/Post Session Fitness Assessment to measure progress
Nutrition Guide & Meal Planning for each athlete
A weekly sport-specific exercise plan (pre-season or off-season)
