The Daily Journal

The Personal Journal was designed as a companion to the Eat Right for Life nutrition program BUT it can be used as a stand-alone daily journal as well! It starts with an exercise in discovering your Core Values (the morals and values which define YOU and your life's focus). The next pages include monthly goal setting with a breakdown of action steps for each goal. The week's section begins with a focus on your biggest obstacles, meal and exercise planning. Then each day is broken down into what you PLAN ON eating for breakfast, lunch dinner and snacks, how you can focus on each of your puzzle pieces, AND MORE!
